This input of the workers in management encourages business democracy in the group. The periodical consultation with workers for making a change helps in good policy execution. The workers are able to comprehend the position of the management on vital decisions concerning them.
The assistants should be given suitable training so that their performance on job is enhanced. This will give a sense of fulfillment and pleasure to them. If the subordinate is not appropriate for the job, it can bring disappointment and tension to him. So, improved training helps in enhancing the morale of the employees.
