Generally employees resist changes for fear of an adverse result on their service. When the employees are given an assortment of opportunities of development then they can easily acclimatize to new conditions.
They will think of optimistic side of new changes and will work together with the management. If they are happy with their work and are not offered better opportunities, they will be in opposition to everything suggested by the management.
